EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

At 21phi, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (as indicated at the time of purchase)
- Personal care items or perishable goods (e.g., food, beauty products) if their packaging has been opened.
3. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at roman@21phi.com before shipping the item back.
- We will confirm item availability and provide instructions on how to return your product for an exchange.
- We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
- If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or a refund at your discretion.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at roman@21phi.com with your order number and a description or photograph of the issue.
- We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. International Returns
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return shipment.
- We encourage international customers to carefully review sizing and product details before ordering, as return shipping costs may be high.
